Refund & Cancellation Policy

CartoonBundle पर हम customer satisfaction को सबसे ऊपर रखते हैं। यह policy हमारे digital product के refund और cancellation rules बताती है।

1. Nature of Product

हम एक digital product (2,000+ Hindi Cartoon Videos Bundle) बेचते हैं जो payment के तुरंत बाद Google Drive के through deliver किया जाता है। एक बार download link share हो जाने के बाद product "consumed" मान लिया जाता है।

2. Refund Eligibility

हम निम्नलिखित cases में 7 दिन के भीतर full refund देते हैं:

• Download link काम न कर रहा हो और हम 48 hours में resolve न कर पाएँ
• Payment double charge हुआ हो
• Product description से significantly अलग हो

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• "मुझे content पसंद नहीं आया" — digital product की प्रकृति के कारण
• YouTube channel monetize न हो पाना (यह YouTube की policy पर निर्भर है)
• Bundle download कर लेने के बाद change of mind

4. Cancellation

Order place करने के तुरंत बाद digital delivery शुरू हो जाती है, इसलिए cancellation केवल तब possible है जब download link अभी access न किया गया हो। ऐसे case में worthdeal@gmail.com पर तुरंत संपर्क करें।

5. Refund Process

• Refund request worthdeal@gmail.com पर order ID के साथ भेजें
• हम 2 business days में review करते हैं
• Approval के बाद 5–7 business days में original payment method पर refund credit होता है
